Don is a Bay Area veteran with 25+ years of accounting & financial management experience in public accounting, internal audit, as a partner with Tatum, LLC, a financial executive with Motorola and Sun Microsystems, founder / president of a software training company and currently President and principal Consulting CFO for Venture CFO.

He holds a BA from Norwich University and an MBA with high distinction from Babson.  He is a California CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
